Refund policy

Its unlikely to received a spoiled/rotten vegetable as each step is supervised personally but in case of a damage during transit, please reach out to us within 6 hours of delivery for a refund for the same.

Once we’ve initiated the refund, it will be credited in 5-7 business days to the account from which you had made the transaction. In case you don’t receive it in the above mentioned time frame, please get back to us with your bank/card statement from the date of transaction and we’ll help you further.
